-Careful monitoring for any signs of overstimulation or stress.
-Lots of pets, reassurance, and love!
-Should an overnight stay be required, either pre-arranged or an emergency, we only stay in nicer hotels with pet stay rooms.
What We Provide You During Travel:
-GPS & Flight Tracking from Pick-Up to Drop Off
-Awesome pictures and updates
-Peace of mind knowing your pet is getting the best care possible!
-Arms Reach Policy - your pet will always be within arms reach of us.
Drop-Off person :
Expect to meet 2.5 hours before the flight. Most airlines require a separate boarding pass, and inspection of the carrier & pet, so this takes extra time, especially during busy airport times. Exact times will be provided prior to arrival.
Pick-Up Person
After our flight is complete, we will meet at a prearranged area (usually baggage claim) where your furbaby will be delivered into your loving arms. Please bring a carrier or collar/harness/leash, someway to transport your baby safely to your vehicle, as our items stay with us. You will be given all of your pets belongings, food, medications, and the items from their travel pack, in a handy reusable bag, that is yours to keep!
